Your home deserves consistent care, not just emergency attention. The Comalli Group, Inc. Crown Club is our way of rewarding the customers who trust us with that care year after year. As a member, you get priority access to our team, meaningful discounts on labor and equipment, and the peace of mind that comes with an annual safety inspection from electricians you already know.

Your Benefits as a Crown Club Member

  • Annual Safety Inspection: Every membership tier includes one annual electrical safety inspection per term. Our licensed electricians review your covered systems, flag anything that needs attention, and give you a clear picture of where your home stands. It is steady, proactive care that helps prevent small issues from becoming expensive ones.
  • Priority Scheduling: When you call Comalli Group, Inc., priority members receive scheduling preference over standard service requests. You will not be waiting at the back of the queue.
  • Labor Discounts: You receive a discount on Comalli Group, Inc.-performed labor. Discounts apply to standard service work and do not apply to materials, permits, taxes, or emergency after-hours calls. Discounts may not be combined with other active promotions.
  • New Equipment Allowance: Members receive an allowance toward qualifying equipment and upgrades. Allowances may be applied once per membership term and have no cash value.
  • Waived Travel Fees: You’ll have travel fees waived on standard service calls within our normal service area. Specialty, long-distance, or emergency travel charges may still apply.
  • Generator Maintenance: Available on Generator and Bundled plans, this benefit covers routine generator maintenance as defined at the time of service. Repairs, replacement parts, and emergency services are not included unless otherwise stated.
  • Generator Monitoring & Alerts: Members with a qualifying generator plan receive monitoring and alert services. Compatible equipment is required. Comalli Group, Inc. is not responsible for failures due to communication outages or third-party system limitations.
  • Referral Discount: Refer a neighbor or family member to the Crown Club. When they enroll in a qualifying membership and identify you at sign-up, you receive a referral discount. One reward per referred customer; value may not exceed your membership fee.
  • Craftsmanship Guarantee: All Crown Club members are covered by our craftsmanship guarantee. This covers our workmanship and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or third-party modifications.
  • Maintenance Tips & Reminders: Members receive helpful reminders and educational content from our team. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
  • Shared Benefits / Free Day Passes: Platinum members may share certain benefits with a designated person at their service address, subject to review and approval. Day passes have no cash value and do not carry over year to year.

  • All benefits are active only while your subscription is current and in good standing.
  • Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Taxes, permits, and third-party fees are excluded from reward eligibility.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to completed work.
  • Annual inspections are scoped by Comalli Group, Inc. and do not constitute a full system upgrade or code correction. Additional repairs identified during an inspection are not included.
  • Comalli Group, Inc. may modify or update the program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
